Ohio Real Estate Appraisers
Besides the four major markets within Ohio majority of the Ohio real estate
appraisers working inside the state generally appraise in multiple counties.
Even though appraisers are primarily located in the larger cities such as
Toledo, they will work other counties besides Lucas. The four major real estate
markets in Ohio can be considered as the greater Toledo area, the Columbus area,
and greater Cleveland area, and Cincinnati. While there are other major cities
located within the state, they would not be considered to be a major
metropolitan area on their own. Even cities like Akron and Canton, are
considered as part of the greater Cleveland area.
While a large number of Ohio real estate appraisers do work within one of
these four major metropolitan areas, the rest of the appraisers are familiar
with multiple markets within multiple counties. There are certain cities such as
Fostoria, which maintains three counties all within the same city. While the
city itself is not large enough to support an appraiser, appraisers from all
three counties may do work within that city. So when looking for an Ohio real
estate appraiser on Appraiser Scout check our listings by zip code to be able to
find an appraiser that is familiar with your area. In the above example,
appraisers from Wood County, Seneca County, or Hancock County would be able to
suit your needs.
