Terms

For the purpose of this agreement Online Resource Marketing, Inc., a Florida Corporation, and Appraiser Scout are to be on in the same.

By listing with Appraiser Scout I will agree to these terms.

As an advertiser on this site I agree that the information contained in my listing is accurate and that I am qualified to perform appraisals in the areas I have listed within this directory.

I agree that I am licensed or certified in the state in which I practice and I am in good standing. I agree to pay the full amount to list at the time of initial sign up and agree that it will automatically renew for subsequent additional terms of one year unless canceled 30 days prior to the expiration date of any term.

I understand that I may cancel my listing at any time and that cancellations are not prorated and no refund will be issued. Payments will be billed automatically on a yearly basis until I have instructed Appraiser Scout to stop, whereby my listing will be removed from the website.

I understand that Appraiser Scout reserves the right to edit my listing, photo or logo at any time for any reason they feel necessary. I agree that I will not hold Appraiser Scout liable for solicited phone calls, US mail, or e-mails sent to me by others, not pertaining to an appraisal order, that may have taken from my contact information from this site.

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to conform and maintain all requirements in respect to any licensees required, designations used or claims or abilities stated. I agree that Appraiser Scout is in no way to be held liable for any loss of business or damages arising out of the use of this site for any reason.

Appraiser Scout assumes no liability for any correspondence received or orders placed through this site, and assesses no responsibility for producing an ordered appraisal. We are not an appraisal company, we are a referral source only. Appraiser Scout cannot be held liable for collection of or payments due or money owed to any party as a result of being listed in, or use of, this site. Appraiser Scout makes no guarantee that I will receive appraisal orders from listing on this site. I understand and agree that I am bound by the terms of this agreement, in its present form and that I will continue to be bound by this agreement as it may be changed or edited in the future.

Any and all disputes relating to this site will be governed under the laws of the State of Florida . Both parties agree to settle any disputes through binding arbitration with the prevailing party being awarded any and all legal fees associated with the dispute.

Neither Appraiser Scout, Online Resource Marking, Inc. nor any of it’s subsidiaries will use, sell or distribute any of the information contained within this site for the purpose of solicitation. Appraiser Scout will from time to time directly contact the user for updates pertaining to their listing on this site.
